Activating Entra Permissions Management
When you activate Entra Permissions Management, it creates the “Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management” Enterprise Application in your Entra ID tenant. This application is essential for the Entra Permissions Management service itself to read resources or, if in controller mode, to carry out changes.
